Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged:

  1. Contact us at info@suprsteps.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the packaging (if damaged), and a description of the issue.

  3. Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Note on Packaging Damage:
If packaging is damaged but the insoles remain fully functional, the order is not eligible for replacement or refund.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Please file a claim directly with the carrier.

  • Provide us with proof of loss or a claim confirmation from the carrier.

  • Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery cannot be processed.


Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Changes (address, quantity, size): Can be made within 12 hours after placing the order.

  • Cancellations: Can also be processed within 12 hours.

  • After 12 hours, your order may already be in the shipping process and cannot be changed or cancelled.
